Specifically, who is the transformation they’re seeking? What stage of the journey are they in? What keeps them awake at night? What results do they want?
Your 5-year game is built on understanding one person so deeply that you can serve a million people like them.
PILLAR 3: REVENUE ARCHITECTURE
By Year 5, you need at least 3 revenue streams (content monetization, products/services and partnerships/brand deals minimum).
But you don’t start there. You start with ONE. Master it in Year 1. Add a second in Year 2. By Year 5, your revenue is a diversified portfolio and the algorithm collapsing won’t destroy your income.
PILLAR 4: AUDIENCE OWNERSHIP
Platforms change. Instagram could disappear tomorrow (unlikely, but possible - its already banned in few nations). So build audience ownership channels - email list, WhatsApp community, private group, website, phone number via SMS.
Your audience should not live only on Instagram. That’s called platform risk. Governments own their borders. You own your direct communication channels.
PILLAR 5: STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
5-year creators don’t exist in isolation. They collaborate, support and amplify each other. By Year 5, you should have 5-10 strategic partners whose audiences align with yours.
One collaboration can create momentum for months. Multiple partnerships create an unstoppable force.
